arises in 1989 in Modena, as family-run business.
Initially it was specialised in the supply of wholesale services for pastry and breakfast products; starting from the 90’s we began to provide for our handmade products the Large-Scale Retail Trade.
Therefore our production grew fast, this led Pasticceria Modenese to move to a bigger plant.
Although our customers are still increasing, we prefer to maintain traditional handcrafting methods instead of fully mechanised production processes. Our certainty is that our pastry products, compared to industrial products, are characterised by a superior fragrance and freshness due to our manufacturing method. We are bound to the best handmade tradition and we keep manual production for several and important producing phases.
We produce large numbers of sweet and savoury products, nevertheless we keep our methods unchanged, following the most strict and traditional dogmas for pastry handmade production.
